Custom Boxes
We can give your products a distinct and striking identity. Contact us for your custom packaging needs. We offer both folding and set up boxes. What's the difference? Once manufactured, a set-up box will not collapse like a folding carton. The chipboard used for the walls of a set-up box are about four times thicker than the paperboard used to make folding cartons. Printing is applied to the paperboard on the folding cartons. On set up boxes a "wrap" of paper is printed (laminated if desired) and adhered to the plain box. A variety of wraps may be applied to a set-up box including padding etc. Each type of paperboard packaging has its uses. Here is a comparison of some of the advantages of each method of manufacture.
